She has covered the travel industry for more than 25 years, focusing on travel distribution, travel technology, aviation and related fields. Before launching TTU in 2002, she was editor of Travel Distribution Report and managing editor of Travel Weekly. She is a contributing writer for Air Transport World and continues to write about distribution issues for Travel Weekly.
Mark manages our website and consults on our expansion into the interactive arena. He is also a contributing editor and assists with revenue management content.
Mark is president of Hotel RevPros, a consultancy focused on revenue management, distribution marketing and social media disciplines. Previously, he was vice-president of distribution strategy & revenue management at Adam’s Mark Hotels and has served on the board of directors of HEDNA.
